Terms of service

  1. 1. Who we are. PostVibe is a service operated by [FULL LEGAL NAME OF RTIS ENTITY], [registration number], [address]. Contact hello@postvibe.work.
  2. 2. The free scan. The scan is an automated check of the publicly reachable parts of the URL you submit. By submitting it you confirm that you own the app or have the owner's permission to have it scanned. We do not log in, submit data or change anything. The summary is provided as is and is not a guarantee that we found everything.
  3. 3. Paid work. Paid work starts only after you approve a written scope and price. The scope lists the findings we will fix and the check that shows each one is fixed. Work outside the scope is quoted separately.
  4. 4. Your access and data. You give us the minimum access needed. We use it only for the agreed work and remove our access when the work is handed over. We sign an NDA on request before seeing private code.
  5. 5. Warranty. For 30 days after handover (60 days for Full rescue) we will fix again, for free, any finding from our report that reappears, provided the related code and configuration have not been changed by you, your team or your tools after handover.
  6. 6. Limitation of liability. Software is changed by many hands, including automated tools, and we cannot control what happens to an application after handover. To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) our total liability for any claim arising from our work is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific engagement; (b) we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business or any indirect or consequential loss; (c) we are not liable for problems caused by changes made after handover, by third party services, by hosting providers, or by issues outside the agreed scope; (d) the free scan and its summary are provided without any warranty. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
  7. 7. Payment. Fixed prices are invoiced 50% on scope approval and 50% on handover unless agreed otherwise. Keep alive is invoiced monthly in advance.
